Mortgage Manfro, one of the nation’s top brokers, recognized that their branding wasn’t keeping pace with their reputation. Through brand consulting, we uncovered an opportunity to position them not only as a capable mortgage broker but as a guide who helps people take ownership of their lives.

With the tagline “Homeownership Starts Today,” we built a hopeful, accessible brand that doesn’t look down on or let down customers, while using green and yellow (underutilized in the industry) as a visual differentiator.

A refreshed logo featuring a sunrise symbolized the promise of new beginnings through homeownership.
