The Challenge
Skin Theory, a Southern California med spa with locations in Riverside and Corona, was running ads but leads were disappearing. No funnel. No system for knowing who needed follow-up or when. Nurses were doing their best to stay on top of inquiries manually, but appointments were turning into no-shows and there was no way to collect deposits or track where any lead stood. Money was going into ads, and opportunity was walking out the door.
The Insight

In a competitive med spa market, speed and consistency aren't just nice to have. They're the difference between a booked appointment and a lost patient. If a lead doesn't hear back within minutes, they move on. The team needed a system that could respond faster than any person could, keep following up so nothing fell through the cracks, and a regular rhythm to regroup around what was working.
The Solution

On the ads side, we developed clear, conversion-focused creative, optimized campaign targeting for both locations, and installed conversion events so Meta could document results and train its algorithm toward quality leads rather than just volume.
On the automation side, we built location-based pipelines for Riverside and Corona and a Facebook lead workflow that triggers the moment a new inquiry comes in.
