Challenge
Mortgage Manfro, one of the nation’s top brokers, had built a strong in-person reputation with realtors. And while he has built an impressive following on Instagram, he lacked consistency in his content posting. As a result, his story wasn't reaching the broader network of agents and potential homebuyers that it could with the strength of his reputation.
Insight
Through consulting, we found that realtors frequently reposted his content, positioning themselves as trusted advisors while spotlighting Mortgage Manfro as a reliable partner. By aligning his brand with the needs of his realtor network, we could amplify his reach and create a multiplier effect.
Solution
We conducted a full day of filming with Mortgage Manfro to capture his story, insights, and key differentiators, transforming them into engaging, educational content designed for realtors and homebuyers alike.
From this session, we produced a library of 10 high-quality reels to be used on Instagram, in ads, and across other digital channels. To reinforce conversion, we also developed a branded outro animation and call-to-action directing viewers to book a call, ensuring his content not only builds awareness but also drives leads.
